【Highlights】
Yangzhou Arts and Crafts Museum: Founded in 2003, with the development of the Yangzhou craft industry, the new museum was completed in 2010. The current Yangzhou Arts and Crafts Museum has five exhibition halls of lacquerware, jade, paper-cutting, embroidery and folk crafts. Yangzhou lacquerware has a long history with more than 2,000 years., and you will see beautifully displayed exhibits.
Traditional Handicraft Experience: Experience Yangzhou paper-cutting and silk sticking techniques. Yangzhou's paper-cutting is known for its softness and exquisiteness. It emphasizes that the lines are delicate and smooth, the composition is exquisite and elegant, the image is exaggerated and concise, and the technique seeks change and newness. In October 2009, Yangzhou Paper-cut was selected into the UNESCO List of Representative Projects of Human Intangible Cultural Heritage.
DongGuan Street: It’s an ancient alley in the center of Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. It is surrounded by many buildings so that it's discreet but it has two grand gates standing in two ends of the street. DongGuan Street is east of the Grand Canal and west of the National Road.
Performance-A Night of Flowers and Moonlight by the Spring River: It’s a large-scale garden live performance with 60 minutes, highlighting Yangzhou's graceful charm and intrinsic poetry. The whole performance has a total of nine songs, four parts, every detail can find the record and inheritance of Yangzhou traditional culture, with 3-D holographic projection technology being used for stage effect, it makes hills, waters, pavilions and terraces as well as foot bridges represented in the performance more attractive.
Slender West Lake: The lake is a state-level scenic resort and gets its name because its outline is long and narrow like a slender, gentle girl. The scenic resort is a fine example of a traditional Chinese lakeside garden. Walking along the lake, one can see many elegant styles of architectures. Some line along the shore of the lake, and others are actually built over the lake. They all possess different kinds of beauty. Numerous poems have been left by famous poets about the beautiful lake adding to its cultural importance.
【Trip Itinerary】
D1: Members meet up and depart from Shanghai in the morning, about 4~5 hours drive to Yangzhou City in Jiangsu Province. After lunch, we’ll visit 【Yangzhou Arts and Crafts Museum】. Exquisite exhibits will make you feast your eyes, and you’ll know more about traditional art in Yangzhou. And you’ll experience Yangzhou paper-cutting and traditional handicraft techniques, follow a master to learn, and observe the relevant production process. The hand-made products can be taken away.
After that, we'll drive to the old commercial street 【Dongguan Street】. It is 1122 meters long and paved with slates. In the past, it was not only the water and land transportation route in Yangzhou, but also a commercial and cultural center. Dongguan Street is linked to the Circle East Gate Streets. Two blocks have been combined together to plan, renovate, develop and become the highlights of Yangzhou. There are many shops here that are old and a large number of monuments and heritages. Everything here maintains the characteristics of the Ming and Qing Dynasty. You can look for delicious food as dinner in the street. ( dinner paid by yourself )

扬州工艺美术馆：始建于2003年，随着扬州工艺行业的发展，2010年建成了这座新馆。现在的扬州工艺美术馆设漆器、玉器、剪纸、刺绣、民间工艺五个展厅。扬州漆器历史悠久，与古城扬州二千多年的历史几乎同步。您将看到骨石镶嵌《八美图》屏风、刻漆螺屑底《江山多娇》地屏、漆砂砚《峡趣》等精美展品
非遗手工艺体验：亲自体验扬州剪纸、堆锦技艺。扬州剪纸以柔秀见长，讲究“线条清秀流畅，构图精巧雅致，形象夸张简洁，技法求变求新”。09年10月，扬州剪纸入选联合国教科文组织“人类非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录”。堆锦技艺，也称作丝锦画，就是用各色丝线、丝棉在纸上粘贴出各式形象、意境，也是中国最古老的帛画的延续和传承。当代丝锦画就是古与今、中与西，传统文人学养与现代科技手段的巧妙结合。2000年6月，堆锦技艺入选第三批扬州市广陵区非物质文化遗产名录。
东关街: 扬州城里最具有代表性的一条历史老街，它东至古运河边，西至国庆路，全长1122米。东关街以前不仅是扬州水陆交通要道，而且是商业、手工业和宗教文化中心。街面上市井繁华、商家林立，生意兴隆。陆陈行、鲜鱼行、瓜果行、竹木行近百家之多。
春江花月夜实景演出：“腰缠十万贯，骑鹤下扬州”，临瘦西湖湖畔，观首部江南园林实景巨著，联合瘦西湖风景区盛情推出！如梦如幻的舞台效果，享受整整60分钟视觉的体验和震撼！
瘦西湖：其实是扬州城外一条较宽的河道，原名保扬湖。面积480多亩，长4.3千米。原是唐罗城、宋大城的护城河遗迹，南起北城河，北抵蜀冈脚下，明清时期，许多富甲天下的盐业巨子纷纷在沿河两岸，不惜重金聘请造园名家擘画经营，构筑水上园林。康熙和乾隆两位皇帝均六次南巡来此，对这里的景色赞赏有加。
瘦西湖水道沿用历代扬州城护城河，并经人工疏浚、凿通，在清乾隆年间（1736～1795年） 形成一条连贯的细长又富曲折变化的线形水体。瘦西湖是大运河的支流， 同时也是大运河上独特的文化景观，瘦西湖作为扬州城市水系的重要组成部分，通过多条河道与大运河相连。瘦西湖反映了大运河沿线经济的繁荣和由此而生的文化发展情况，是与大运河带来的思想、文化、技艺的交流和汇集密不可分的运河文化景观。
【行程安排】
第一天：上海集合出发至扬州 (车程约4.5～5小时）午餐后，参观【扬州工艺美术馆】，精美展品让您大饱眼福，扬州还有特色雕版印刷技艺、金银细工工艺、江都漆画，扬州灯彩、通草花制作、装裱技艺、竹刻、木雕、面塑等扬州特色非遗项目。后体验扬州剪纸、堆锦技艺，跟随大师观摩学习相关制作流程，手工成品可带走。
游览结束后，乘车前往AAAA级景区【东关街】享用晚餐（自理），体验扬州各种特色小吃，或者自行前往扬州最有名的皮包水茶楼，边吃扬州特色早茶，边听扬州小曲。
晚上重新集合，乘车前往瘦西湖畔观看《春江花月夜实景演出》，结合千年的历史文化和现代技术，映衬周围美景，突显了扬州的婉约韵味，以及内蕴的诗情画意。每一个细节都能寻到扬州传统文化的记载和传承。整场演出共有九部曲，四大幕：运河之功、英雄无畏、春江花月、繁华似锦。
